3 Steps to Register

STEP ONE:  Communicate with us to ensure there is a spot available in the program by clicking this contact us link.

STEP TWO:  When you receive response from us confirming that there is still space in the class, you may register by submitting your tuition payment via Venmo or PayPal (see below).

STEP THREE:  Upon receipt of your payment, we’ll confirm your registration and block, hold and reserve a spot specifically for you. We’ll remind you by email two weeks before the final installment is due. ​

Southwest Tracking Intensive registration 

Registration for the 2027 Southwest Tracking Intensive is open. Click here for more details on the program.

Tuition for the 5-month program is $1925, or take advantage of early bird pricing of $1725 if you submit your deposit before Sep 5th, 2026.

We cap Intensive enrollment at 10 students to make sure we can offer individual attention to everyone in the class. Check with us to ensure there is room in the class before you submit your payment by contacting us here. You can guarantee your spot by submitting a $425 non-refundable deposit. Full tuition payment is due by Dec 31st, 2026.

Short Course registration

We offer rolling registration for all short courses listed on the website—so registration is always open. Click here for details on our current short courses.

Tuition price is listed under the course on the short courses page. Some courses may have a deposit option, and others will require full tuition submitted at time of registration, depending on total tuition costs.

We cap Short Course enrollment at 10 students to make sure every student gets a lot of individual time with instructors. Check with us to make sure there is room in the class before you submit your payment by contacting us here.

Tracking Certification registration

Registration for the February 20-21, 2027 is now open. Tuition is $395. Click here for more details on our tracking certifications.

Tracker Certification North America limits enrollment to 11 participants. Please contact us here to make sure there is a spot available before submitting your payment. The full $395 tuition is due at time of registration to guarantee your spot.

Please add 3% to cover online transfer fees.

Payment by check can be arranged if absolutely necessary. Venmo and PayPal are much preferred because we are on the road so often tracking around North America. Electronic payment makes it easier for everyone, and creates a permanent and easily accessible record for you. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless you or we are able to fill your reserved spot. We will maintain a waitlist. 

If  we can fill your spot, you will receive a 100% refund of all tuition and deposits, less a $175 per student administrative fee. You will also receive a credit certificate for $175, valid for any future WTI program, good for 18 months from the date of issue.

If you or we are unable to fill your spot, no refund can be issued because our per-person tuition is calculated on having full enrollment—we have reserved that spot specifically for you. Therefore, we encourage you to obtain a trip insurance policy now. See below for more on trip insurance.

Trip Insurance Is Encouraged

We know that life happens, and schedules may change unexpectedly—please consider purchasing trip insurance to cover the cost of your tuition if you are unable to attend classes after you register. We've provided details and links to reputable companies below.

Trip insurance will mean you avoid the sting of losing your tuition fees in the event you must cancel and we are unable to fill your spot. Purchasing trip insurance is simple, and there are many reputable companies. Travelinsurance.com is highly recommended by Forbes and will present you with multiple options. A search in June 2026 resulted in $425 of coverage for $21, and $1925 of coverage for $56.
